My submission was rejected because of a batch ID issue. What can I do?

Finnrick staff manually reviews every free test submission. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • The photographic evidence is incomplete or ambiguous (for example, only part of the label is visible, or the image is too blurry to read).

  • The batch ID you entered does not match what appears in the photo.

  • What you identified as a batch ID is not suitable (for example, a product name or SKU rather than a production batch number).

If your submission was rejected, you can resubmit with corrected information. Alternatively, you can add the "private" option or any paid add-on to proceed without a batch ID.

Finnrick's review decisions are final.
