Shipping Guidelines for Sample Testing

Can I send a partial sample or do I have to ship a whole vial?

We only accept unopened, sealed samples for testing. This means you cannot send out a reconstituted sample or an opened vial. The vial must arrive to us fully sealed and unopened to ensure the integrity of the test results.

Can the sample be mixed before testing?

The sample should be sent as is, without mixing or reconstitution. Maintaining the original state of the sample is a requirement for accurate and reliable test outcomes.

Why is the sample integrity important?

The physical integrity of the sample is a key part of our ability to provide credible and trustworthy test results about the product as it would be delivered to another customer, direct from the supplier. If a vial arrives opened or compromised, we cannot proceed with the test and will have to discard the sample.
