Can I get a refund?
We understand that circumstances change. Unfortunately, all sales on Finnrick are final and we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been captured.
This policy exists because of the nature of what we do: every paid order triggers a manual review and we pay payment processing fees. These costs are incurred on our end whether or not you decide to proceed after submitting your order.
Before completing your purchase, you were asked to confirm that you accept our Terms of Service and acknowledge that sales are final and no refunds will be offered. This acknowledgment is a required step in our checkout process.

If you contacted us before your order was reviewed and payment was captured, we will do our best to release the payment authorization at no charge. Once the review is complete and payment has been captured, however, we are unable to reverse the charge.
