Why hasn’t my free test request been approved yet?
If you submitted a free test request and it hasn't been approved yet, that's normal. Free requests are reviewed on a rolling basis as capacity allows, so there's often a wait before one is picked up. Here's what the status means and what you can do to move things along.
What "We review and approve your order" means
This status means your request has been submitted and is in our queue, waiting for the team to check it and approve it. Once it's approved, the status updates and your sample moves into testing.
Why is my free request taking longer than a paid one?
Paid requests are prioritized in the approval queue, so they’re typically reviewed and approved faster. Free requests are approved on a rolling basis as capacity allows, so they can stay at this stage longer before they’re picked up.
Can I move a pending request up the queue?
Yes. If you add a paid option to a request that’s still pending, it moves into the priority queue ahead of free requests. You can review your requests and add options from your shipments tracking page.
