What to do if a COA cannot be verified online
If you receive a COA in PDF form from a vendor or customer that cannot be verified online, you should not accept that certificate. The inability to verify a COA online indicates it may not be genuine or officially issued by Finnrick.
Or it could be genuine, but for a test that has not been published to the Finnrick web site. We deploy substantial efforts to verify the authenticity of samples submitted by the public, and if that verification is impossible, we share the test results with the requester, but do not publish them.
Finnrick COAs do not feature a vendor name or batch ID by design, and the right way to share our test results is by sharing the results page URL. The PDF is not intended for distribution.
We do not provide verification services via email or phone to prevent misuse of our services. Verification is only available through our official online platform.
Vendor support and registration
Vendors who want to use Finnrick services to market their products and provide verifiable COAs can register with our vendor support services. Being a registered vendor allows you to access official COA generation and listing services.
Why email verification is not offered
The decision not to offer COA verification via email is intentional. Providing verification by email would require significant unpaid support resources, and enable abuse of the Finnrick free peptides testing service we offer to the public.
To maintain service quality and security, all verification must be completed through our online platform.
